The Mid-America minority Development Council fully supports the nomination of William Fambrough of Fambrough and Associates, Inc. to receive the 25 Under 25 Award. William is a creative thinker, with solid connections within his professional, and takes time to really understand the clients' needs to produce their vision. As well as being committed and enthusiastic in his efforst to give back to his community.

September 11, 2001 had a devastating effect on the Country, William's company included. His relentless efforts to overcome that set back exemplify his determination to continue to work in an industry he loves. His gross income decreased by 76% and to keep his business afloat he used his entire savings and he did it with a smile and the knowledge that if he persevered he would overcome this obstacle. It has taken almost 5 years but William has seen his business surpass his expectations.

His work in the community to help our youth by donating his time and money to the Kansas City Boys and Girls Choir and the Division of Family Services in Kansas City are indicative of his concern for future of our Inner-city kids.

Finally, William is in the business of relationship building. He provides top notch service within his business and has his pulse on the community. Being nominated for the 25 under 25 Award is just another opportunity for William to smile and reassure him that he is doing what he loves.
